Home Again
Apr. 12th, 2008 04:39 pmI'm home for three weeks. The house is nearly painted (only the kitchen and basement are left) and that means that we can start to fully unpack after our move last November. Consequently, today was a shopping day: Ikea for some lights and a TV stand (our TV has been sitting on the floor since we moved), LCBO to replenish our wine rack, Perfect Books to pick up some new additions to The Book Pile, and The Bay to pick up a knife sharpener (my chef's knife was in desperate need of sharpening).
I'm justifying my book purchases by claiming that they're school-related: The Anarchist in the Library, Copyright and Copywrongs, and Access Denied.
Currently reading Life, Money, and Illusion by Mike Nickerson. It's the first non-textbook that I have read since mid-February.
