Busy Day on the Hill Today
Dec. 13th, 2007 09:07 amBy the sounds of it, today should be a big day on Parliament Hill.
Brian Mulroney will be questioned about the $300 000 that he received from Karlheinz Schreiber.
The first reading of the government's copyright reform bill is expected in the House.
And the Paille report will be released with little fanfare by the Conservative government. This report details the polling contacts tendered by the past Liberal government. I think the Conservatives expected to find a lot of dirt. If they're releasing this today with all of these other distractions taking place, I somehow doubt that there's anything significant to report.
