Alfie is insane
In February 2007, I tore my ACL. I gave up curling and gimped around until my surgery.
In 2008, Daniel Alfredsson had a similar problem with his MCL (the ACL's next door neighbour). He played in the first round of the NHL playoffs. He played better than many other people on his team.
We all dream of a team of Alfies.
